Fascism 101 - Museum & Coffee

Jay's Conversations Club invites you to the first class of Resisting Fascism for the Gworls 💅🏾, Fascism 101.

For today's lesson, we'll be exploring Art of the Americas exhibit at the Phoenix Art Museum. Using this exhibit's exploration of themes throughout the West we'll discuss how art is a form of resistance & expression and medium to understand the world around us.

We can expect to spend about 1.5 hours at the museum exploring this exhibit and then we'll walk over to Giant Coffee together for some pastries and discussion :).

Homework Before this event plan to have read How Fascism Works: The Politics of Us and Them by Jason Stanley.
